Ken Cleveland | Chairman of the Board
Kenneth C. Cleveland is the Executive Managing Director of BCI LLC, a firm specializing in management and direction to corporations whose businesses are in transition. For more than 25 years he has headed or provided senior level management advice to special situation companies. He specializes in operational and financial restructuring of middle market companies; stabilizing the companies and preparing them for future growth. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Hauser, Inc.; Botanicals International; American Security Distribution; Kroy, Inc.; Birtcher Medical Systems; Cardis Corporation; Tylan Corporation; and Mica Corporation. Mr. Cleveland has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TM Cobb Company and Gel Pak LLC. He has served on the Board of Sun World International, Inc. and JT Packard Inc. Mr. Cleveland graduated from UCLA with a degree in Finance. He is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School Director Training and Certification Program. Mr. Cleveland began his career as an Officer in the United States Army.

Greg Adler | CEO, President, Board Member
Greg Adler, President & Chief Executive Officer, graduated from Arizona State University in 1990. After graduation he joined the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick where he worked from 1991 to 1993. He received his CPA license in 1993. He came to TAP Automotive on a fulltime basis in 1994 as a store operations manager. In this role, between 1994 and 2001, Mr. Adler helped grow the number of stores from 9 to 35. He was largely responsible for the increase in new store openings and he added standard operating procedures to the organization. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2001 and to the position of President in 2002. Mr. Adler became the CEO of the Company in November of 2005.

John Chen | Board Member
John P. Chen is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of multinational experience in the consumer products, manufacturing and industrial businesses. Most recently he served as President of SKD Automotive Group LP, during which he helped turnaround a troubled division that experienced rapid and uncontrolled growth. Prior to his position with SKD, Mr. Chen served as the CFO and a Director of National Material LP, a multi-billion dollar privately-held diversified holding company of primarily industrial companies in the metals industry, as well as President of OSI, a manufacturer of fine wood office furniture. He started his career with PepsiCo, Inc. and over the course of eight years he held multiple management positions at Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Cola International and corporate headquarters. He currently is Chairman of the Board of Sigmatron International, Inc., a publicly traded company in the electronic manufacturing services business. He has served on the Board of Directors on numerous companies throughout his career including Midwest Mezzanine LLC, Combined Metals of Chicago, LLC, Siderurgia Venezolana S.A.I.C.A. and HS Processing, LP. Mr. Chen graduated from Columbia University with an MBA in Finance and Swarthmore College with a BA in Political Science.

Ron Mohling | Board Member
Ron Mohling has over thirty years of experience managing businesses throughout the world. He is currently Chairman, President and CEO of Southern Weaving Company. Prior to this Mr. Mohling was the Chairman and CEO of Firearms Training Systems, Inc, a publicly traded technology company focused on simulation systems for defense and law enforcement agencies globally, and helped restructure and sell the Company to Meggitt, PLC. Previously he held numerous management roles including president of the International Consumer Products Division at Schering Plough for 15 years and ten years at Bristol Myers Squibb Company. Mr. Mohling started his career as a financial analyst at Northern Natural Gas Company, followed by financial positions at International Paper Company. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BS degree and the University of Nebraska-Omaha with an MBA degree.

Jack Kirby | Board Member
John C. Kirby is the head of KH Consulting Group’s Business Development and Strategy practice. Mr. Kirby has more than thirty years of experience managing or consulting to corporations. Mr. Kirby has held management positions and served on the Board of Directors of over 10 public and private companies. They include Upright, USA; Upright, Ireland; Daley Corporation; Cabrillo Crane and Rigging; Pioneer Refining and Everex Computer Systems. Mr. Kirby focuses his efforts on business restructuring and strategy development. Prior to KH Consulting Group, Mr. Kirby was a Vice President and Manager of the Los Angeles Office of Cresap, McCormick, and Paget, a division of Towers Perrin. Prior to Towers Perrin, he was Senior Vice President at Management Analysis Center for ten years. At MAC, he conceptualized and developed MAC’s merger and acquisition practice. He was also Assistant to the President of Amoco Far East. While there, he designed Amoco’s successful entry into refining and marketing in Southeast Asia through a joint venture refinery, Singapore Petroleum Company (SPC). Mr. Kirby provides volunteer time to the local mountain search and rescue team. He received BS and MS degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pittsburg and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
